Where Habits Fail

Kelly Stickel

Parallel Leaders Podcast | Episode 009

“I can predict the long-term outcome of your success if you show me your daily habits.”

John Maxwell.

Ouch! Talk about a convicting statement.

You are what you repeatedly do; therefore, the habits you establish, good and bad, will determine the outcome of your success. If you aren’t intentionally focusing on creating great habits, you will default to whatever is easiest in the moment.

“Successful people do consistently what other people do occasionally.”

Craig Groeschel.

Instead of asking yourself WHAT you want to do this year, focus on WHO you want to become. When you know WHO you want to become, it’s easy to know what habits you need to create.
